The maternity support that I can provide includes various aspects of daily life, before and after giving birth. I like to keep a warm and serene environment. In order to create time for yourself & self-care, I can watch after your baby, we can integrate some movements to move around, and I can help you in your house.

Monday to Friday (8am-7pm)
Maximum 8 hours/week
Babies are new & fragile little humans, immensely depending on us the first few years.
I listen, I notice, I regulate and support needs, emotions & behaviours in a mindful and safe environment.

Movement of the body & the heart is an important dimension of your life before and after giving birth. I can support you through motherhood and babyhood and explore the emotional & spiritual and mental changes with the body and the breath.
AROUND THE HOUSE
Cooking (Curry/Dahl, Soup, Mother's Bowl, Energy ball, Golden Milk...)
2 to 6 hours/week
I will make sure that you and your baby are in a comfortable and clean space.
